Pacifico transfers & surf trips

The quiet north-coast surf beach with Big Wish, a fast left-hand reef break that draws surfers away from the General Luna crowds.

Where it is

Pacifico is a village in the municipality of San Isidro, on the north coast of Siargao Island, facing the Philippine Sea. Its beach runs for several kilometres with very few obstructions — one of the longest stretches of uninterrupted sand on the island.

Big Wish and the surf

Pacifico's signature break is Big Wish, a fast left-hand reef break that on its day matches or exceeds Cloud 9 in size and length. It breaks over a shallow reef with strong currents and is for advanced surfers only. A softer right-hander closer to shore works for beginners and intermediates on smaller swell days. Surf guides and instructors can be arranged locally through accommodation rather than at the break itself.

Quieter than General Luna

Pacifico is a quieter, less-developed stretch of coast than General Luna. Accommodation skews boutique and higher-end, with a handful of owner-run villas and beach houses rather than the dense guesthouse scene further south. Restaurants are limited — the best food is often at the resorts and beach clubs that run their own kitchens to a high standard. For a first trip to Siargao, General Luna is still the practical base; Pacifico rewards the return visit or a longer stay that commits a few nights to this end of the island.

Getting there

San Isidro sits on the far side of the island from the main arrival gateways of Sayak Airport and Dapa Port. A road transfer is the only way in, and it is one of the longest drives on Siargao — exactly the kind of journey where booking ahead matters most, so someone is waiting when you land rather than leaving you to sort transport at the airport for an unfamiliar destination. Tell us your flight or ferry details, accommodation name, group size and how many boards you are carrying, and we will send a fixed, all-in quote by email before you travel.

No published price — and that is deliberate

A fair price depends on your date, your group, your bags and how long we wait. So we quote per trip instead of publishing a number we would have to hedge. Fill in the form below and we will send a fixed, all-in price by email.
