Submitting the quote form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is a request, not a booking. We reply by email with a price for the trip you described.

A quote is based on the details you give us. If those details change — more passengers, more bags, a different pickup point, extra stops, a different date — the price may change too, and we will tell you before anything is confirmed.

A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing. Until then, nothing is reserved. We will confirm the vehicle or boat, the pickup point, the time and the agreed price, and give you a contact for the day of travel.

We do not publish a price list. Every trip is quoted individually because the honest price depends on the route, the vehicle or boat, group size, waiting time and any extra stops. The price we confirm is the price you pay for the trip as described.

Plans change — tell us as early as you can and we will do what we can. Any cancellation terms that apply to your specific booking will be set out in the confirmation we send you, before you commit.

Island travel depends on weather, sea conditions, tides, road conditions and flight schedules. Where a trip cannot safely go ahead, we will tell you as soon as we know and work with you on the alternatives. Safety decisions rest with the driver or boat operator on the day.

• Give us accurate trip details, including flight or ferry information.
• Be at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time.
• Tell us in advance about anything that affects the vehicle or boat we send — surf boards, oversized luggage, child seats, mobility needs.
• Travel insurance is your responsibility; we do not provide it.

We arrange transport with vetted local operators. Those operators carry out the journey and are responsible for the operation of their own vehicles and boats, including their licensing and insurance.
